We received notice from the Department of Homeland Security that Laiya's visa has been approved and wired to Hong Kong. Now we just wait for the call telling us we can come pick her up!!! Our social worker thinks we are on target to be there for her birthday - April 3. What a special day that will be!! Thanks for your prayers! Dave and Marva
